Oak Aged Doppelbock Bourbon
For this bottom-fermented strong beer, the Camba Doppelbock "Mastrobator" was matured for nine months in a bourbon barrel made of American oak. Mahogany colored with a compact and stable foam, the Oak Aged Doppelbock unfolds a balanced cocktail of vanilla, chocolate and the typical oak wood scent. On the tongue it is pleasantly full-bodied with a clear whiskey aroma. In the finish, strong roasted aromas and typically distinctive Bourbon vanilla notes dominate.
