Der DPD wirft eine Karte in den Briefkasten des Empfängers, ohne sich zu vergewissern, ob jemand zu Hause ist. Es wäre jemand zu Hause gewesen! Auf Grund dessen und dass der Adressat letzte Woche im Urlaub war, ist die Ware nicht eingetroffen. Die Frage, die sich nun stellt, wie geht's jetzt weiter?
