Precise description
Colour: Light sunny yellow, even medium cloudiness
Smell: Scent of tropical fruit basket with passion fruit, orange, papaya, grapefruit and a hint of banana.
Initial taste: Creamy soft, reminiscent of orange juice, gentle CO².
Taste: Pleasantly fruity, refreshing and lean, round with notes of grapefruit.
Aftertaste: Gentle finish of light and harmonious bitter tones, passion fruit and grapefruit aromas in the finale.
Goes well with: Mediterranean fish, pineapple chicken, sushi, bruschetta, tomato focaccia and panna cotta.
