The Chiemsee Wit , our Bavarian interpretation of a Belgian beer classic, is tangy and fruity with subtle notes of orange and coriander . We achieve the orange and coriander notes typical of a Belgian Wit beer through the perfect combination of individual raw materials. Like all Camba beers, it is brewed strictly according to the Purity Law.

Guter Vertreter eines von mir nicht favorisierten Stils

Ich bewerte das Bier mit 4 aus 5, weil es den Stil gut repräsentiert. Manche Wits haben stärkere Noten von Kräutern oder auch Orange, was hier nur sehr dezent ist. Wits sind allerdings nicht unter meinen Lieblingsbieren. Im Allgemeinen favorisiere ich stärkere Geschmacksrichtungen, aber wer den (eher milden) Stil mag liegt hier sicher nicht falsch.
